Heavens Ice Cider 2020

Sweet, unfiltered, delicious

Made in the same style as an ice wine, our ice cider is made with 100% Glorie Farms apples that were frozen to concentrate their natural sugars.

Ice ciders are naturally sweeter and higher in alcohol than regular hard ciders; this one has a very full body and a crisp tang in the finish.

This is the first ice cider made here at Glorie, and was transferred by hand, 5 gallons at a time, on a 19 degree day in January. It was well worth the effort!
