Nightingale Farm is an orchard and vineyard which grows grapes, apples, pears, peaches, quince, apricots, gooseberries, and currants, and is the home of Quartz Rock Vineyard & Cider House.
Our focus is on high-quality fruit which is hand-harvested with care and respect for the fruit, the land, and our people.
Nightingale Farm provides the highest quality Hudson Valley fruit to markets, CSAs, and farm stands across the Hudson Valley including Ulster, Orange, Westchester, Rockland, and Fairfield County.
We donate fruit throughout the seasons to AHT Mission Food Pantry in Highland and the Community Center of Northern Westchester in Katonah.

We sell our grapes to other wineries and to home winemakers.
We grow over ten acres of grapes here on Nightingale Farm - vinifera, labrusca, and hybrids - and though we keep most of them to make our own Quartz Rock wines, we do partner with a few select winemakers.
Contact Dan early in the year to talk about reserving some of our grapes.

Seyval Blanc was harvested the morning of August 25th, 2022. It was a much smaller harvest than prior years, but the grapes are beautiful.

We provide fresh fruit year-round to AHT Mission Center Food Pantries (Highland), and during harvest season to the Community Center of Northern Westchester (Katonah), with a commitment to donating thousands of pounds of fruit each year.
Beginning in 2021 we matched 200% of our CSA share purchases with fresh fruit donations to the pantry; we did the same in 2022, 2023, and 2024, and we plan to continue every year forward.
