Join Megan Lamb, Quartz Rock Vineyard's Assistant Winemaker and Culinary Institute graduate, for a wine pairing class featuring a vertical tasting of our estate Cabernet Franc wines.
We will begin tasting with the 2014 vintage, of which only 10 bottles remain, and will taste through the years of Cabernet Franc wines made exclusively from grapes grown here; including our Best in Show award winning 2019 vintage, as well as an advance tasting of our 2020 vintage.
Practice the art of tasting dry red wines, while learning how to discern the different aromas and flavors of each vintage. Learn how to pair these wines with easily accessible foods to best complement the different fruit, flower, herbaceous, and earthy notes of the wine and the different aromas, flavors, and textures of foods already in your kitchen pantry and refrigerator.

The final cases of the 2014, 2015, and 2016 vintage years will only be available for sale at this event. You will also be the first to taste the 2020 vintage and have the opportunity to purchase prior to public release.
